Barcelona está harta de la crisis de la vivienda
In Barcelona, living has become a luxury few can afford. Rents are rising, residents are being forced out, and numerous luxury tourist apartments are proliferating. For many, the city has become a theme park for tourists. But now the City Council wants to put a stop to this and is taking action: starting in 2028, it will not renew any tourist apartment licenses. This would free up more than 10,000 homes for residents. Is this the solution to the housing crisis, or just a band-aid that comes too late? Is something similar happening in your city? Should residents or tourists be prioritized? Tell us what you think. #dwmagacines #enfoqueeuropa
