Et si le métier de DRH était le plus beau métier du monde ? | Florence Guémy | TEDxIssylesMoulineaux

Digital transformation is forcing companies to reinvent their operations and management methods. Customer expectations are changing: the need to redesign business models and find new avenues for growth requires engaging all employees in a virtuous cycle of co-creation across professions, company departments, and internal and external resources. Beyond its traditional core responsibilities, HR has a unique and exciting "playing field" to mobilize energy and unite people around learning projects: it identifies and engages stakeholders, provides spaces for reflection and exchange, implements innovative work experiences, and disseminates best practices. Today, it is a key driver of change. A graduate of ESCP (Paris Business School), Florence Guémy joined Bayard in 1988 after two initial professional experiences at Hermès and Elf Atochem. At Bayard, she successively held the positions of management controller, product manager for children's magazines, and Group management officer in the finance department. In 1999, she became the administrative and financial manager of Bayard Jeunesse and the Bayard-Gallimard Jeunesse joint venture. In 2001, she was appointed deputy director of Bayard Jeunesse. In 2003, she also became managing director of Bayard Presse Jeune Education, and then, in 2010, co-managing director of Milan Jeunesse. She was appointed Director of Human Resources and Project Development for the Bayard Group in July 2012. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at http://ted.com/tedx
