Cultural Management. Technology. A cultural manager, a heritage specialist par excellence. Ernesto is a cultural creator of projects for innovation in cultural institutions and industries in Mexico. He has specialized in cultural promotion through technology by means of far-reaching and impactful projects in institutions such as the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH), the National Council for Culture and the Arts, and the Fondo de Cultura Económica (Economic Culture Fund). Miranda's work has been particularly noteworthy at INAH with the recent creation of the institution's digitization manual and policies. He has contributed a platform to the cultural management of Mexican heritage with the International Congress on Cultural Heritage and New Technologies. Among his achievements, the integration of INAH into the Conacyt thematic networks program stands out, promoting and disseminating cultural heritage and creating the foundation for a major project for the knowledge and safeguarding of national assets.
