Regidores sorprenden a elementos de Tránsito “fregando” a conductores

Nuevo León.- In an unusual, even surprising, video, a group of council members from El Carmen, Nuevo León, literally surprised a group of traffic officers who were acting their part at some kind of checkpoint or checkpoint. At the checkpoint, which they had marked off with cones, they had several vehicles and their drivers detained. To top it all off, they even had a couple of tow trucks on site to tow potential victims—the sheer audacity. As the video clearly describes, as soon as the council members arrived, some patrol cars tried to flee, claiming they weren't doing anything wrong, due to the urgency of leaving the area.
