World Chocolate Masters incredible showpiece recreated for Harrods

Vincent Vallée just did it again: he recreated his winning showpiece for display at Harrods. It took him 20 days to prepare and adapt. Lots of kilos of Cacao Barry chocolate. 72 hours of detailing and assembly in the Harrod pastry workshop and about 100 meters of maneuvring it through the Harrods aisles, lifts and corridors to put it in its place. Small detail: when Vincent Vallée unpacked the elements of the showpiece, he found out that the main bust was severely broken in 30 pieces. We thought is would be ruined. This top talent succeeded in restoring it like new, polishing it and making it look like nothing happened. It takes the guts and talent of a World Chocolate Master to do this!
