How to make the soup: Half-thaw the spinach and coarsely chop it. Peel and chop the onion. Fry spinach and onion in liquid margarine for a few minutes. Powder over wheat flour and pour on water. Crumble in the bouillon cubes and let the soup cook for about 10 minutes under a lid. Stir in the cream in the soup and taste with salt, pepper.
