Bouldering at Klimzaal Blok in Antwerp, Belgium. In this video we visit one of the most iconic bouldering gyms in the Benelux. Klimzaal Blok is the oldest bouldering gym in the region and is well known for its size, strong route setting, and international competitions. The Belgian team also trains here. It was extremely hot during our visit, so this ended up being a shorter session, but we still really wanted to climb here and capture some of the atmosphere. The grading system is color-based, with tags on each boulder. Since these don’t match well with the V-scale, we simply show the colors in this video.
