Making Cedar Roof Shakes with Neighbor Al for My Log Woodshed
In this video, I pick up where I left off last week on my log woodshed build at my cabin in the woods! This is part 5 in a series of videos in which I will share the entire process of the build. In this episode of the series, I go to neighbor Al's off grid property and the two of us cut cedar bolts from a dead western red cedar tree. I then transport the bolts to my cabin, where I begin the process of turning the bolts into cedar shakes for the roof of the woodshed. Thanks for watching!
