The Wind Waker Randomizer ~ A lack of items

I haven't done a Wind Waker rando in a while so I decided to try out the archipelago implementation. One thing that I didn't think of is setting up starting items to help with the early game navigation. Archipelago is a way to play multiworld games across many unique games from things like Zelda to Hollow Knight to Megaman Battle Network to Pokemon.
