Oreca Slot.it LMP P1 la preparazione più estrema inizia da qui

Today on Slotcartec we begin a new technical journey dedicated to the Oreca Slot.it in LMP P1 configuration. The LMP P1 category is one of the most sophisticated and interesting ones: compared to P2, it offers many more preparation possibilities, more components to evaluate and many more variables to combine in the right way. In this video we are not fully preparing the car yet, but we put everything on the table: car, chassis, motor mount, motor, transmission, axles, wheels, tyres, guide, braids, screws, ballast and all those components that can make the difference when building a truly high-performance slot car. The goal is to understand where to start, what the possible options are and why an LMP P1 cannot be prepared randomly: every choice affects the behaviour of the car on track. This is the first video of a small series dedicated to this Oreca Slot.it. In the next episode we will move on to the actual preparation of the car, with assembly, adjustments and setup reasoning. Then comes the most interesting part: the track test and comparison with an LMP P2, to really understand the differences between the two categories and how much more performing, but also more complex to tune, the P1 can be.
