3D Printing Halo’s Master Chief & Warthog 1:8 Scale | Episode 4 – Windscreen Boss Fight –Unlocked!

The Halo 3D Build Saga continues! In Episode Four I take the mighty UNSC Warthog to the next level — printing, painting, and assembling everything from the engine bay and cockpit to the roll cage and side panels. The biggest challenge yet? The Windscreen Boss Fight. Clear filament just wasn’t going to cut it, so I improvised — building a framework, inserting clear plastic panels, adding bolt heads, and sealing everything with apoxie sculpt resin. The result? A battlefield-ready Warthog with an authentic, battle-worn finish. This episode is packed with milestones: ✅ Engine Bay Weathering ✅ Bonnet Painting & Detailing ✅ Cockpit Assembly ✅ Roll Cage & Side Panels ✅ Side Window Fabrication 🏆 Windscreen Boss Fight – Victory Unlocked! Each step brings this build closer to Halo legend status! 🔜 Episode Five Teaser: Next time, I’ll be tackling the Warthog’s tailgate, adding fuel jerry cans, and finishing with the M41 Vulcan gun turret — the ultimate UNSC battlefield machine! 🔔 Don’t forget to subscribe and follow the mission as we bring Master Chief and the UNSC Warthog to life, one print at a time.
