Black Mountain Crest Trail | Backpacking to the Highest Point in the East - Better Than the Smokies!

Backpacking the Black Mountain Crest Trail to Mt. Mitchell (the highest point in the east) in North Carolina with my brother in May 2023. This trail was incredible and easily my favorite so far out east. We had amazing views along the trail and such a cool campsite with the most beautiful sunset and sunrise! It was also such a great time bringing my brother on his first backpacking trip! He already is saying he wants to go again. Success! Lol I had some trouble getting this uploaded, but I am really happy with how it came out so here it finally is! I am on the road out west again though right now, so I will get to more of a description and timestamps later….
