KUR'AN-I KERİM MEALİ - 5.CÜZ

The 5th part contains the middle section of Surah Nisa. The family law topics discussed in the beginning of Surah Nisa continue here. It has three general messages. The first is awareness of rights in marriage. Women who are prohibited from marrying (privacy, foster relatives, or those married to someone else), lawful earning, family responsibilities and the husband's duties, awareness of worship, abandoning harmful habits like alcohol, and developing a sense of monotheism. The second is awareness of rights and justice in war. Fighting oppressors, protecting the oppressed, performing the daily prayers (qasr-i salat and salat-i khawf) during war (an-Nisa, 4:101-102), as well as constantly remembering Allah (an-Nisa, 4:103), and being patient (enduring/resilient). Thirdly, strategic awareness is essential. The hypocrites who appear to be Muslims despite their aim to destroy Islam must be recognized for their hypocritical actions, and they must be fought legitimately. A Muslim must be sincere in the path of Allah, set a good example for those around them, spread greetings, associate with those who are sensible in goodness and beauty, be sensitive to social problems, and develop sound strategies in life by being generous and generous without being swayed by worldly desires.
