Au bonheur des polars, avec Bernard Minier et Jean-Christophe Rufin
Claire Chazal will transform into a true detective for this new episode of "Au bonheur des livres" (The Joy of Books)... Our program will focus on the crime fiction genre, welcoming two novelists who brilliantly illustrate it, each in their own way. Bernard Minier, author of "Ruptures" (XO), is an undisputed star in this field: he created the female character Lucia Guerrero to solve mysteries involving the most unsettling aspects of the contemporary world, such as, in this case, the dangers of digital technology. Jean-Christophe Rufin, a distinguished member of the French Academy who has already published books of all kinds, enjoys switching gears with the character of Consul Aurel, whom he has made the recurring hero of captivating investigations, which this time take him on the trail of Napoleon in "La folie Sainte-Hélène" (The Madness of Saint Helena) (Calmann-Lévy). Interviewed by Claire Chazal, our two guests will undoubtedly reveal some of their secrets to successfully captivating readers!
