【ノーカットラーメン】東京丿貫(現: 煮干しと日本酒すぎだま)で濃厚牡蠣蕎麦を食す!!

My second no-cut ramen experience was in Tokyo! 🗼 I decided on the ramen from [Nekuni], a long-time favorite and frequented spot! I usually go to their branch in Kannai, Yokohama, but on my way home from work, I decided to try Nekuni, located close to Tokyo Station, for the first time. 😌 *At the time of this photo (January), it was called [Tokyo Nekuni], but it reopened on February 2nd and the name has changed to [Niboshi and Sake Sugidama]. Their specialty is niboshi soba, but I couldn't help but be curious about the [Rich Oyster Soba] on the daily specials menu, so I went there without hesitation. ⭐️ And here, instead of ordering "kaedama" (extra noodles), it's customary to order whatever's available.
