**New Ruling on Filming in National Parks** VISITING & CAMPING in Glacier NP during a SNOWSTORM

While we visited Glacier National Park in November we learned we were unable to share it on our channel. A law that was passed in 2000 before Youtube and I-phones mandated that permits were needed to film in a national park.... and late in 2020 youtubers Kara and Nate were fined for filming in a NP! Early in 2021 a federal Judge determined this law was unconstitutional and Violated the 1st amendment.... in turn allowing youtubers to film without fear of fines or jail! HOORAY!! Although we only got to see a teeny tiny piece of the park due to snow. Visiting and hiking to avalanche lake during a snowstorm was magical!!! We later learned that a small section of Apgar Campground remains open and free from November to March. We will definitely need to go back and explore a vast section of the park.... what we did see was SPECTACULAR!!
