This week, we're rebuilding the second-floor wooden floor, an area we've never been able to access since buying this abandoned house. Before getting started, we receive a delivery of timber joists and OSB panels from @BigmatFr. Without their support, this project simply wouldn't have been possible ❤️ Today's project includes: delivery of the building materials installing two massive oak support posts lifting them all the way to the second floor using a chain hoist preparing the new floor structure and, most importantly... discovering a room that has been inaccessible for more than 20 years.
