We plan to accept only the first 50 Early Birds on a first-come, first-served basis. Recruitment begins at 8 PM on May 25th, so we ask for your interest. We will let you know about parking arrangements as soon as they are finalized. My gym operates on a membership basis (group classes), but private 1:1 personal training is also available. Please feel free to ask lots of questions.
