Witness: Boat Crash Driver Found Teen Under Capsized Vessel

One of the men who assisted the teens and the Pino family after a fatal boat crash testified on Tuesday afternoon. He recalled seeing a capsized boat in the water and realized it belonged to his friend, George Pino. The witness said they heard calls that a 17-year-old girl was missing and shouted for Pino to check under the overturned vessel for Lucy Fernandez. Pino then retrieved the teen from underwater, and the witness’ friend immediately began performing CPR.
