How to install Custom Reskins for Train Simulator (Superalbs, DPS & UKTS skins etc.)

A simple but thorough step by step tutorial of how to install custom skins for Train Simulator by QwertyAfro. I will go through all the vital parts such as extracting files, using the utilities tool and copying over GeoPxDc files with some useful theory talk throughout the tutorial.
