What started as a simple four-day stopover in Tokyo quickly became one of the highlights of our winter journey to Scandinavia. Before flying to Norway, we revisited some of our favourite restaurants, discovered new cafés, and finally experienced a one-Michelin-starred wagyu omakase we had been looking forward to for over a year.
