During our follow-up visit to Mr. Khuong, the contractor using a Sothado 220V electric plastering machine in Thai Binh, we were extremely pleased and proud to see our single-phase electric plastering machine, after more than three years of use, proving incredibly successful. His machine is the Sothado 9 model. Upon visiting his construction site, we observed the excellent quality of the finished work, and the homeowner was extremely satisfied with the wall finish achieved using his machine. We received very positive feedback from the workers in Mr. Khuong's team, especially those who are mostly older but still possess remarkable dedication. One thing that surprised and made us incredibly proud was that his team had once sprayed a record of 5 tons of cement in a single day, while on average he sprayed 1.5 to 2 tons per day – that's absolutely amazing! He even jokingly said it was like torturing the mortar spraying machine. He shared that the reason they were able to do this was because they had to start with the molding and the edges of the doors, and they didn't rush to finish the surface. That means they applied two layers of plaster and smoothed the surface first, only spraying and leveling. The scaffolding was already in place to avoid obstructions, and combined with the use of a measuring tape for leveling the mortar, it was incredibly fast and easy, allowing them to push the mortar effectively. Normally, other teams using mortar spraying machines only spray for 1.5-2 hours a day. However, with his method, he sprays continuously from 7 AM to 11 AM, then from 2 PM to 5:30 PM, leveling the surface as he sprays, not immediately applying plaster. He jokingly says he doesn't even keep track of how many square meters the mortar spraying machine can cover in a day – sometimes nobody believes him.
