Night Sky - Speed Painting [Watercolor & Gouache] ▼Hello! This time I decided to paint a night sky! I paint using watercolor, except the white, instead of white watercolor I use white gouache. The white gouache is just like watercolor, except it's opaque - not transparent (as watercolors), so you also need to dilute it with water. I love painting the traditional watercolor way, where you use white paper as your medium, but I wanted to create something different, deeper in colors, more vibrant. So I started using white gouache to add light, highlights, reflections and sometimes mix it with watercolors to get a new/lighter color.
