Chiang Mai June 2026 #3
We went to the Elephant Home Sanctuary. The half-day option was 1,800 baht per person and included a small lunch and hotel pickup. The sanctuary was about an hour drive from Chiang Mai. It was a once in a lifetime experience. Plenty of time to feed, pet and splash water with the elephants. Another cheaper way to feed and get close to an elephant is at the Sanctuary of Truth in Pattaya. A small bucket of bananas cost 100 baht.
