This is a 60 Minute Vinyasa to Yin for deep hip release. Part 4 of the Vin to Yin Series. • Vinyasa to Yin Series A class dedicated to releasing tension from your hips. Practice combines 35 minutes of mid tempo vinyasa flow and 25 minutes of accessible Yin postures at the wall. Yin postures include Figure 4 at the wall, Dragonfly and Saddle Pose (alternatives offered). For practice, the only essential is a wall space. If you like practicing with props, you may wish to have a bolster, block and blanket.
