Is Spain’s Biggest Tapas Chain Actually Good? 🇪🇸

They told me I HAD to try this Spanish tapas chain… so I finally did. 🇪🇸⁠ After seeing Lizarran recommended multiple times by my TikTok community, I headed into the city centre of Torrevieja to try it for myself for the very first time. In this Spain vlog, I pull up a seat on the terrace to order some classic Spanish dishes. I sit down for a full taste test of a massive Tinto de Verano, a ration of patatas bravas, and a mix of croquettes—giving my completely unfiltered thoughts on the textures (including a surprise verdict on the squid vs. ham and cheese croquettes). I also talk about the prices—at €20.90 for the meal, is it a bit expensive compared to traditional local tapas bars, or is it the perfect quick and easy food fix when you are short on time? This isn’t a professional food review or a guide telling you where you should eat. It’s simply my personal experience exploring everyday life in Spain, navigating the local food scene, and sharing the places that visitors and expats often recommend. For me, that’s what this channel is all about. Sometimes it’s discovering a new city, sometimes it’s practising Spanish, and sometimes it’s something as simple as finding a good place to eat whilst exploring the Costa Blanca.
