Our FAVORITE Utah Slot Canyon! Add this hike to your “MUST SEE LIST”

Kanarra Falls 385 E 100 N St, Kanarraville, UT 84742 If you like waterfalls and slot canyons. Add Kanarra Falls to your “MUST SEE” list! Just forty miles north of St George you will come to the small town of Kanarraville: the town is small but the hike is mighty! Although this hike requires a permit ($15 per person) and only 200 people are allowed each day, IT IS SO WORTH IT! Things to keep in mind: NO DOGS ALLOWED PERMITS SELL OUT FAST IN SUMMER MONTHS. Kanarra Falls is rated moderate to strenuous as you will be hiking in ankle to knee deep water and climbing up and down steep rocky slopes. At the first large waterfall you will need to scale a 20′ ladder. Our best advice is to come early in the morning to catch the best sun rays that will just light up the canyon!
