32 God-Like Kryptonians Who Survived Krypton's Destruction - Explained

An important part of what made Superman one of the greatest is the fact that he was the sole survivor of his planet. His home, Krypton, burned down, and he supposedly lost everyone he had ever known but despite that, Superman remained kind, generous and cheerful. He did not set about on a path of destruction fueled by grief but chose to use his powers for the betterment of the new planet he now called home. As is obvious with lore expansion, soon, readers were introduced to new characters who had survived the destruction of Krypton, denying Superman his title of the last Kryptonian alive.
