Koolaire ice machine making thick ice - intermittent water float issue

This Koolaire ice machine was making thick ice and the water was over flowing into the ice storage bin. Went through the troubleshooting process and found that the high water level float was not sensing the water level correctly. This was causing the water to over flow the water trough and water was flowing into the ice bin. Fixed this issue by replacing the high water level float.
