Elephant Garlic Harvest! Was It Worth the Space

I’m finally harvesting my elephant garlic, ordinary garlic, red onions and shallots to see if they were actually worth the space. In this video I compare the bulbs, show the full harvest, and get them drying properly for curing. Some turned out better than others, but overall it’s a satisfying result and a good honest look at what this space produced.
