Supreme Court on OBC Reservation : हर OBC को मिलेगा आरक्षण, आया सुप्रीम फैसला | Breaking News | Top #breakingnews #supremecourt #obcreservation #news18rajasthan सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग (OBC) क्रीमी लेयर को लेकर एक महत्वपूर्ण फैसला सुनाया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जस्टिस पी एस नरसिम्हा और आर महादेवन की बेंच ने मद्रास, केरल और दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट के फैसलों को सही ठहराते हुए ये फैसला सुनाया है. तीनों हाईकोर्ट ने यूपीएसी सिविल सर्विस एग्जाम में OBC (नॉन-क्रीमी लेयर) का फायदा पाने वाले कैंडिडेट्स की एलिजिबिलिटी की जांच की थी. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इस फैसले के बाद बड़ी संख्या में ओबीसी कैटेगरी के कैंडिडेट्स को रिजर्वेशन का लाभ मिल सकेगा. यानी पूर्व तक ओबीसी क्रीमी लेयर के दायरे में आकर बाहर हो जाने वाले कई कैंडिडेट्स को भी ओबीसी रिजर्वेशन का लाभ अब मिल सकेगा. ..........................................................................................................
