Dinosaur Jr. - Kracked (Live UMass 1986)

Dinosaur Jr "Kracked" U Mass 1986 Uploaded because there wasn't a real good quality edit of this up. Of course the full thing is up but I wanted to have a version of this song I could watch. Absolutely amazing take here, just picked up a "Jr-less" "You're Living All Over Me" vinyl and it blasts the Jagjaguwar reissues (which I have 2 of). Anyhow, edgy guitar playing from J and gives you some visual input on how the song is played. He has a funny way of phrasing a few of those chords. Also dig him adjusting the Muff mid solo-he got quite the array of those, massive in fact. That Ram's Head '74-'75 model could be used as a clean boost as well as being a lesser-muddy sounding muff. Add that to Mascis's well tuned Marshalls and a good Fender, you have a match made in guitar tone heaven.
