[1988] Dragon Quest Fantasia Video - Full Laserdisc Rip

Due to the LaserDisc's 60fps framerate, this video has been upscaled to 720p. I will post the raw on Nyaa at its original 480p resolution this weekend. (UPDATE 5/13/2021: Bit late, but it's up on Nyaa now. https://nyaa.si/view/1384450) LaserDisc purchased by me, ripped & encoded by HuffaloBuffalo. NOTE: The LD's analog audio for this was super clicky & hissy, so it has been replaced with the LD's (cleaner) digital audio—which I have recorded using a stereo receiver. I also boosted the volume just a little bit because I'm deaf as fuck lol In 1988, a Dragon Quest-related LaserDisc was released by CBS/Sony & Tohokushinsha Home Video, containing both footage of a live orchestra playing music from the games and live-action movie-like footage of scenes from the games themselves. The live-action scenes contain no dialogue, but I think it's pretty easy to make out what the general storyline is. This had already been ripped & posted before long long ago but it was ripped from the VHS version and was severely lacking in video quality. So I got the LD version ripped, as I had to—Dragon Quest deserves more than a low-quality VHS transfer 🦛 Enjoy!!
