Accurate and repeatable wooden wheel tire tread jig for wood models or toys. Plans available.

This is my new wooden wheel tire tread jig. With this jig I can create whatever pattern or tread design that I want for my wood models. This jig can handle wheels from 1-1/4" (30mm) to 8" (200mm) in diameter, and slant tread grooves from 0 to 90 degrees in either direction. Although designed for use with my Jim Byrnes tables saw (byrnesmodelmachines.com) the baseplate can be easily modified to fit other saws. 6-13-2023 PLEASE NOTE : Apparently ServoCity.com which was my supplier for some of the sprockets and hardware no longer carries some of the components.
