Can You Beat Path of Exile With Only Default Attack?

I put over 4,000 hours into Path of Exile… which, somehow, still makes me a noob. So naturally, I decided to make things worse. In this challenge run, I attempt to beat Path of Exile using only the default attack. No damaging skill gems, No spell casting. Just me, a Marauder, and very long road of sufferance.
