This beginner-friendly session flows smoothly from one exercise to the next, helping you build strength, improve mobility and connect with your breath — all in just 10 minutes. No equipment is needed, so you can roll out your mat and begin straight away. Although this is a lovely morning routine, you can also use it any time of day as a quick reset when you need to stretch, strengthen and refocus. Move at your own pace and take breaks whenever you need to.
