Robbie Williams - Feel | Live at TMF Awards 2003 | The Music Factory
In 2003, at the TMF Awards, a prestigious music event, British singer and songwriter Robbie Williams took the stage to perform his iconic song "Feel." Known for his successful solo career and previous membership in the pop group Take That, Williams captivated the audience with his powerful vocals and charismatic stage presence. Having achieved fame as a member of Take That in the 1990s, Williams embarked on a solo career in 1996, releasing his debut studio album, "Life thru a Lens," in 1997. The album included his signature song, "Angels," which propelled him to stardom. Williams continued to achieve commercial success with subsequent albums, such as "I've Been Expecting You," featuring hit singles like "Millennium" and "She's the One." Throughout his career, Williams garnered an impressive collection of accolades. He received 18 Brit Awards, including Best British Male Artist four times and Outstanding Contribution to Music twice. In recognition of his lasting impact on British culture, he was honored with an Icon Award. Williams also received eight German ECHO Awards and three MTV European Music Awards. The TMF Awards performance in 2003 showcased Williams' immense popularity and enduring appeal. Notably, he holds a Guinness World Record for selling 1.6 million tickets in a single day during his Close Encounters Tour in 2006. His concerts at Knebworth in 2003 attracted over 375,000 people, setting a new record for the UK's biggest music event at the time. Despite his solo success, Williams rejoined Take That in 2010 to co-write and perform lead vocals on their album "Progress." The album became the second-fastest-selling in UK chart history and the fastest-selling of the century at that time. The subsequent stadium tour, which featured songs from Williams' solo career, became the biggest-selling concert in UK history, selling 1.34 million tickets in under 24 hours. Although Williams left Take That again in 2011 to focus on his solo endeavors, his departure was amicable, and he remains open to rejoining the group in the future. He has since made several television appearances with Take That and collaborated with Gary Barlow, the band's frontman, on various projects, including the West End musical "The Band."
