In the "ideal" world of Doug Wilson, who is Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth's spiritual adviser, Latter-day Saints would not be allowed to hold office. Why? Because, in Wilson's view, they are not Christians. In fact, he seems not sure they should even be allowed to vote.
