What happens if you swap a faulty ABS control unit on mini R50 R52 2001 2002 2003 for a used one

In this video I have this Mini Cooper R50 which is suffering from some issues and one of those is that the abs unit has an internal fault, I have decided to swap the unit for a second hand one and see if it needs programing so have a look at the video and find out.
