Today I'll show you how to conjure up an incredibly creamy and aromatic coffee-chocolate ice cream from simple ingredients. No ice cream maker required and minimal effort – you'll be amazed by the result! This dessert is the perfect combination of rich coffee and fine chocolate. A must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth! 📖 Ingredients: 1 tbsp instant coffee (растворимый кофе) 3 tbsp cocoa (cacao) 100 g sugar (сахар) 250 ml milk (молоко) 300 ml whipped cream (slice for baking, at least 30% fat) A pinch of vanillin (vanillin) ✅ Step-by-step: Mix coffee, cocoa, sugar and milk and heat. Let the mixture cool down. Beat cold cream with vanillin until stiff. Carefully fold in the chocolate-coffee mixture. Pour into a container and freeze for 6 hours.
