Sesión: El concurso de persona física y la exoneración del crédito de derecho público

Session: Personal Bankruptcy and the Exoneration of Public Law Debts, promoted by a member of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce Club: Article 27 Lawyers The entry into force in September 2022 of the Bankruptcy Reform brought about numerous changes in bankruptcy legislation, some of the results of which are already being seen. Among these are two particularly relevant topics that will be addressed in this session. Firstly, the session will cover the content and possible resolutions of the preliminary ruling requested by the Eighth Section of the Provincial Court of Alicante regarding the exoneration of public law debts. The presiding judge in this case was the Honorable Mr. Francisco José Soriano Guzmán, who will be joining us for this seminar. Secondly, the session will present a practical perspective, based on the experience of the Honorable Mr. Francisco José Soriano Guzmán. Mr. José María Tapia López, regarding personal bankruptcy proceedings and the discharge of unsatisfied liabilities, especially through a payment plan that allows debtors to preserve their assets.
