Starting from Whinlatter via Hobcarton, we summit Grisedale Pike and ride the full ridgeline over Hopegill Head to Whiteside. The final descent down Whiteside North is pure madness—technical, rutted, steep, and completely epic. Along the way, we stayed curious, respectful, and open to everyone we met, sharing stories and encouragement with fellow hikers and riders. This ride highlights how responsible MTB can coexist with the fells—protecting the landscape, respecting others, and still chasing incredible adventures without leaving a trace.
