The DELICIOUS spring water that supplied Bates' and Knuteville's (Grant County, Oregon) needs is still a popular place for people to stop and fill up. Someone should bottle it and start selling it! The spring/pipe is located right off the road near the intersection of Highway 7 and Highway 20. Hunters use this spring to fill up their water containers during deer and elk hunting season, as potable water can often times be difficult to find in higher elevations at that time of the year.
