Matt Maher - Hold Us Together/Lean On Me (Archdiocese of Vancouver Conference)

Catholic recording artist and songwriter Matt Maher performs "Hold Us Together" and "Lean On Me" at the concert that opened the Archdiocesan Conference on February 17, 2012 at the Vancouver Convention Centre. Close to 1,500 Catholics took in the Conference over the two days (February 17 & 18). Themed "One Faith, One Body, One Mission", the Conference aimed to inspire, unite, and empower Catholics in their faith and mission.
