Masai Mara is a world famous nature reserve, known for safaris due to the exceptionally high concentration of lion, leopard, elephant, African buffalo and cheetah, all co-existing in an incredibly beautiful area. This wild park takes its name from the Masai people, the ancestral inhabitants of the area. Lake Nakuru, which in the Masai language means "dusty place", known for the high concentration of rhinos and flamingos that turn its waters pink.
