The Metabo HPT 36V MultiVolt Cordless 1-1/8” SDS Plus Rotary Hammer (model DH36DPA) provides corded performance with the convenience of a cordless tool. Also, with any Metabo HPT tool, you can use the corded adapter so in reality, it is a 2-in-1 tool. The Metabo HPT 36V MultiVolt Cordless 1-1/8” SDS Plus Rotary Hammer is compact & lightweight with plenty of power to drill up to a 9/16" hole in concrete quickly. The Brushless motor in this Rotary Hammer delivers high impact energy of 2.2 ft-lbs and fast drilling speeds with no load of 1,100 RPM and 4,300 BPM. This tool has 3 modes, drilling, hammering & hammer drilling, and a responsive single or two-finger variable speed trigger. The on-tool LED light is convenient when working in dark spaces. Most importantly, users can work safely if the tool bit is suddenly overburdened during operation as the Reactive Force Control (RFC) automatically engages and stops the motor before the entire tool becomes uncontrollable.
