Rear Axle Peugeot 206 Citroen Berlingo Renault Kangoo

We have been specializing in reconditioning of rear suspensions for Peugeot, Citroen and Renault models for over a dozen years. Our beginnings were in taking part in auto racings in Peugeot Sport factory team. On the basis of this experience as well as the factory documentation we developped a new formula of professional reconditioning for rear beams of all French cars. All repairs of the rear axle are done on a specialized technological line equipped with hydraulical pullers. Currently, in the production area of 1100 square meters we have 30 employees who are assigned to the various repair processes. Thanks to modern tools and standard schedules we are able to recondition dozens of beams per day for different car models, such as the Peugeot 206, 106, 306, 405, Partner, Citroen Berlingo, C5, Saxo, Xsara, Xsara Picasso, Renault Laguna, Megane, Scenic, Kangoo. The reconditioning schedule DISMANTLING: Beams are dismantled by using professional hydraulic pullers and induction heaters. All the parts are sorted. SANDBLASTING: All elements are sandblasted to remove all dirt and rust and checked for their suitability for assembly. We control mounting points. RECONDITIONING OF BEAMS: All axle shafts are replaced on a special table fitted with hydraulic press. We use the highest quality axle shafts, which surface is stronger than the original ones. Each time the beam alignment is checked for geometry. RECONDITIONING OF ARMS: The bearing seat is repaired and a test of the arm geometry is made. PAINTING: Depending on the requirements we use matt or satin painting. ASSEMBLY: All elements are gathered together. For assembling we use the most durable bearings and silentblocks from the best manufacturers. The beams are adjusted to the optimum height according to the technical specifications of the car in process and checked after assembly.
