Healing Trauma Through the Heart | BioDynamic Breathwork Demo

In this live demonstration from a 2024 BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® (BBTRS) training in Mexico, I work with a participant through the thoracic (heart) belt—the area of the chest, upper back, ribs, and heart. This region of the body often carries patterns of emotional protection that developed in response to trauma, grief, heartbreak, attachment wounds, and chronic stress. When these protective patterns are approached with safety, breath, movement, touch, and nervous system awareness, they can begin to soften—allowing greater vitality, connection, and emotional freedom to emerge. In this demonstration you'll see how BioDynamic Breathwork supports the nervous system in releasing held survival responses while increasing awareness, regulation, and embodied presence.
