Oath of allegiance or betrayal of the interests of the people? Why is the majority in Parliament going the wrong way?! Every MP took an oath – to be loyal to Ukraine and to the Ukrainian people. But many seem to have forgotten about it. Because when, by a decision of the Verkhovna Rada under the slogans of “allocation of funds for the Security and Defense Forces,” 40 billion hryvnias are taken from the purchase of weapons for the army – this is definitely not about fulfilling the oath. It is not about caring about society and trying to allocate funds for roads or for fish fry – there were also such amendments to the budget! But, fortunately, they were defeated. What is Parliament thinking about when there is not a single important bill on the agenda. There are resolutions on the creation or closure of the TSK, changes in their composition. Does anyone really believe that this is what worries people today? Ukrainians today are not worried about parliamentary TSCs, but about the arbitrariness of the TCC - structures for which the law is not written and for which parliamentary committees do not want to introduce criminal and administrative liability! Ukrainians are waiting for an increase in salaries for doctors and teachers. Instead, there are statements about the possible knowledge of reservations from them. Pensioners survive on pennies, and instead of raising payments - they hear talk about raising the retirement age to 67 years - this is the average age of men in Ukraine! The Verkhovna Rada should remember who it is actually supposed to serve, before the people come to remind them of this in person!
