Advantages: 1. Aluminum construction. 2. Can be converted into a pantry cabinet. 3. Very gas-efficient. 4. Adjustable gas burner. 5. Easy to find spare parts. 6. Smooth operation when turned on. Disadvantages: 1. The unit has a protective film; removing it leaves adhesive residue. 2. It's aluminum; do not use steel wool as it will scratch it. Personally, I'm impressed and recommend it.
